ThermoFlex Line
Our most popular heat transfer film. Compare the ease of weeding and applying ThermoFlex® Plus with competitive products and discover why so many professionals ask for it by name.
ThermoFlex® Plus is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It has a soft hand and strong grip and if applied properly will outlast the life of the garment.
ThermoFlex® Plus is available in a wide variety of colors to match all of your popular sports teams, including matte, metallic, metal flake, and glossy.
Most colors of ThermoFlex® Plus may be applied in layers for multi-colored designs, with the exception of the Neon colors, Antique Silver, Graphite, Bronze, Dark Gold, Old Gold, Copper Gold, Dark Copper, the Metal Flake colors and Columbia Blue. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.
ThermoFlex® PLUS will NOT adhere to nylon. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.

Frosty Clear PLS 9000 is a thin and transparent UV-resistant polyurethane film that has a semi-matte finish and resembles screen print. Combine with decorative lines to add value and pop to your designs.
Like the other Plus colors, it is durable, weeds easily, and has a soft hand and strong grip. The Frost Clear is manufactured without the pressure-sensitive carrier for easy stacking.
ThermoFlex® PLUS Frosty Clear will NOT adhere to nylon. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.
ThermoFlex® Stretch is a durable polyurethane based material that is highly flexible. It offers the same soft-hand matte finish as as the ThermoFlex Plus, but has the capacity for high stretch and rebound! Great for stretch clothing!
ThermoFlex® Stretch is available in 6 colors with a matte finish.
ThemoFlex® Stretch will NOT adhere to nylon and will not layer. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.

ThermoFlex Light is similar to our best selling ThermoFlex Plus. This product is manufactured without the self-adhesive liner and has a semi-gloss finish.
ThermoFlex Light backing is not tacky, allowing weeded designs to be conveniently stacked for future use. This product is great for doing pre-cut team lettering and numbers.

ThermoFlex® Xtra is specially designed for decorating nylon, leather, rayon, and other heat-sensitive surfaces.
ThermoFlex® Xtra has incorporated the desirable features of our popular ThermoFlex® Plus: easy handling, cutting and weeding but with a thicker polyester carrier sheet and low-tack carrier adhesive, enabling easy weeding without lifting the cut image from its carrier.
ThermoFlex® Xtra will also adhere to some silicon-coated materials with sufficient surface texture to permit the adhesive to grip when transferred according to directions.
Columbia Blue, Antique Silver and Old Gold will not layer. These colors cannot have layers adhered on top of them, although we have successfully layered these products on top of other colors.
Use settings for ThermoFlex® Plus for application to polyesters.

ThermoFlex® Sport is a durable thick film material designed to bridge the gaps in open-mesh athletic jerseys. It is designed for pressing at relatively low (300° F - 320° F) temperature and short dwell time (8-10 seconds), which minimizes dye migration from colored polyester jersey mesh.
ThermoFlex Sport will NOT adhere to nylon. This material cannot be layered. This is a PVC product, which emits hazardous fumes when cut with a laser machine. Be advised that dye migration has occurred with low energy dyes in polyester and poly-blend fabrics.

Subliblock™ is the solution to stop dye migration.
Many of today's imported polyester fabrics are dyed with inexpensive low energy dyes that migrate rapidly into attached polymeric material with the application of minimal heat, or slowly over time at normal room temperature. Subliblock™ films are designed with an additional layer to prevent dye migrating or "bleeding" through your transfer image from the dyed polyester fabric.

Subliblock Turbo is essentially Subliblock that has been reformulated for modern performance polyesters. Its low-temperature setting prevents heat-press marks on polyester garments. It has a soft hand, excellent opacity, and blocks dye-migration. It has a pressure-senstive carrier that enables easy weeding and re-positioning.

ThermoBanner™ 2 exhibits great durability with a polyester backing for easier weeding. This product is great for awnings, permanent banners, umbrellas, tire covers and flexible truck side coverings. It offers excellent outdoor durability.

A thicker film designed for application on polyester mesh and polyester jersey athletic uniforms. Manufactured without sticky carrier for easy stacking.

For a full matte finish, do NOT repress.
For a satin finish, repress with a siliconized sheet for 5 seconds.

We have reformulated the GlitterFlex material so that it is easier to plot and weed. We've also added five new colors, including three different versions of white.
GlitterFlex™ II films produce a multi-faceted glitter effect with a flexible and durable polyurethane polymer that encapsulates reflective polyester particles.
Use GlitterFlex™ II when you want the sparkle in your designs to stretch.
Please note that the directions have changed. The temperature for application has been raised from 285° F to 330°-335° F and the carrier can be peeled warm after the initial press.
As GlitterFlex™ II films are thicker than most of our other films, simple increase the downward pressure of your knife blade in order to ensure clean cuts and easy weeding.

GlitterFlex™ Ultra is a stunning glitter product that has a very high demand. It is one of our most popular products. It has an easy-to-use sticky carrier, which makes weeding a snap. It has actual polyester glitter flakes encased in a high quality heat sealing adhesive, which also allows it to be sublimated onto, creating endless design possibilities.
GlitterFlex™ Ultra films are thicker than most of our other films, simply increase the downward pressure of your knife blade in order to ensure clean cuts and easy weeding.
Please note: the Holo Pink and Holo Orange (now with a white backing - but still slightly translucent) have limited opacity when pressing onto dark garments, so for best results please test the effect before doing a large run.
UPDATE: The neon colors all have an opaque backing, making them opaque.

Introducing Pressure Sensitive GlitterFlex® Ultra! Get the same great look of the GlitterFlex® Ultra without using a heat press. This pressure sensitive sticker film can go on just about any smooth, dry surface. Put your glitter designs onto canvas, cups*, tables, trays, mirrors, mailboxes, vases, cell phones, laptops, lamp shades, walls, wine bottles and glasses, etc. This film can also be sublimated.

It's soft, durable, and has a great washability. It uses very low cutting pressure and presses for a short time. They are available in 13" x 19" sheets.

Introducing Textile Foils! Now offering a huge selection of full color foils, as well as unique holographic and pattern foils. Foil transfers can be a valuable asset for any t-shirt designer who wants to create an eye-catching effect. Foil creates a beautiful metallic finish.
Foils are part of a two-step process that requires laying down an adhesive product first before adhering. We have two different kinds of plotter-cut adhesives that these Textile Foils are compatible with: PoliMelt and HotMelt.

DesignFILM is precut and pre-weeded shapes--you just peel the liner, cut with scissors, and apply! It easily creates an incredible iridescent look and can even be placed on top of other vinyl. This material can also take on sublimation inks after it has been applied to the garment. It is transparent and takes on the color of the shirt or design underneath.

HotMelt Blue is used to bond foils to garments. It has a blue tint due to having a protective liner that you peel back before plotting and heat pressing.
PoliMelt is also used to bond foils to garments.

LuminousFlex™ is a glow-in-the-dark heat transfer vinyl film, laminated with a heat sealing adhesive. LuminousFlex™ gives your design an unexpected bright green glow when the lights go out. Available as both a plotter-cut (Plotfoil) and an embroidery appliqué (Stitchfoil) heat transfer material in 23 different patterns and 17 solid colors, including neon and a frosty clear (Sensation Translucent). No matter how dark the color is in natural light, the entire design lights up bright white when hit with the flash of a camera, flashlight, or headlights.

Use Reflection Protection™ for nighttime visibility and brilliance in the spotlight.
Reflection Protection™ films consist of very small glass beads embedded in a layer of polyester film to reflect almost all the light that shines on them.
Reflection Protection™ is available in Certified Safety Reflective Colors, our Safety Silver collection. Safety Silver retro-reflective film produces a maximum reflectivity of 675 candela/lux/meter. This product does not have a sticky carrier.
Use Safety Silver for garments and other products used by police, firefighters, EMS, postal workers, traffic control, parking, utility, road, construction, security personnel, runners, bicyclists and motor bikers, among others.
